I get a strange message when I try to download something from marketplace. Its not just on MK downloads but on everything. I get an error code also wth?

i keep getting error codes from live (their website IS down), and kenshi is stuck in my active downloads... i cant even CANCEL the download, i just get another error message

EDIT it's working now, things are downloading fine
