Kabal damage scaling bug.

I'm cross-posting this from the Kabal forum, hope that's alright. It's just something I hope gets fixed.

A ground bb1 fireball is 9% damage. An instant air fireball is 9%. If you whiff a nj air fireball or an instant air fireball then the damage on the next fireball if it hits is 6%. This is where instant air fireballs stop decreasing in percentage if you continue whiffing and then hit the next fireball. You can continue whiffing nj air fireballs until the next one that hits is 0%. All of this is just on a standing dummy though. If your opponent jumps into any fireball the damage is 9%.

These numbers probably change all the time. I tried this again after turning my console on and the percentages are way less consistent but there is still a decrease. When I started testing this again today I wondered if this had any effect on other attacks as well and it does. Whiffing air fireballs will result in a damage decrease in any next attack or combo.

The video is short but clearly demonstrates that there is a problem. 11b4 does 7% damage before one whiffed fireball and 5% after. The damage continues to decrease as you add more whiffed fireballs.

Edit: This also happens if you are Shang Tsung and transform into Kabal.
