- First match both players choose a stage (random), loser picks after that
- Winner must keep character, loser may change character
- Rules are subject to change

- $20 Tournament entry ($10 to pot / $10 to venue)
- Pay in advance for discounts for upcoming tournaments and events
- Enter 3 Tournaments & Champions event = $50
- Enter 2 Tournaments & Champions event = $35
- Note: Each participant for the Tournament gets to attend the Champions event on July 14th for FREE
- Prizes
- 1st Place prize = 70% of pot
- 2nd Place prize = 20% of pot
- Remaining 10% of pot will go to the King of the Hill Championship
- King of the Hill Tournament Championship (4th Tournament) will take place during F3 on July 14th
- F3, an annual fighters gathering
- All tournament participants can attend for FREE
- Only the top 9 players will compete in the Champions Tournament
- Point System
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the 3 qualifier tournaments are automatically
advanced to the KOTH Championship on July 14th - 4th-8th place = 3 points
- 9th-12th place = 2 points
- 13th - lower = 1 point
- Minimum 6 points needed to qualify for KOTH Championship
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the 3 qualifier tournaments are automatically
