Question - A-List JC's Run Cancels tweaked?

Hey, guys just wondering if they messed with the timing on this or is it just me? I usually Run Cancel into either his 21 or his F24. Before the patch it was pretty easy to get out but now for some reason when I hit 21 or F24 the two's don't come out and it just goes into the 1 or the 4 respectively. I only get it out if I actually do the follow ups after the RC slower. I'm just wondering if they messed with the timing or if I'm just doing it wrong. Thanks.

Hmmmm I guess it's just me. I can pull off the run cancels very easily off 121 and f34 but for some reason the timing feels different for b34. Thanks a lot though.

Side note:
I think f34rc is void with f3skrc. f3skrc leads to more block advantage and you can combo off of it the same way. Not too bad execution-wise either.

121rc is still pretty good for tick throw setups though.
