Right. By looking at it, I guess its more red than the heated Orange. I guess its ok.

They aren’t. These are just his heated arms.

By “new” they mean new to the series starting with this game.

These definitely looks different to me. Much more red than orange in that gif. Also less "white hot" and more glow stick looking. Weird.

Go look at the animation again guys. Its always been red during that portion of the fatal blow. Ive been playing him nonstop since release they have not changed.
