I've recently started playing with Jax and i haven't noticed anyone use this in a tournament setting. Don't blow me up if everyone uses this though, i didn't want to scour through all the messages and search didn't come up with anything.
Anyways, the idea is that people tend to stay as far away from the corner as possible vs jax, so if you can land a b123 dash punch at about 1/4th screen from the corner you can combo into his deadly corner game. Here's a video.
