What's new

It seems to me Power >>> Tech > Agility when it comes to interactables.

Would you say this is true in your opinion? I feel like power characters (which coincidentally most of the better characters are) have a huge advantage in this area, as it's much better to throw a giant globe for good damage than jumping off it. I also feel like it's unfair a lot of the rushdown types like Killer Frost, Catwoman, and Flash can't use a lot of interactables in an aggressive manner while a few of the lamer portions of the cast can chuck those same items to further keep you out.

i recently figured out that characters have to press down with the interactable button to plant bomb.. i feel nooby for that but i dont really use them often at all. i do agree with what you are saying. Power characters hurl items and win easily. we hop off....sadly. i would figure we atleast get invincible frames but idk.. Power rules the world.

Depends on the interactable. I think some of the corner escapes should have at least some invincibilty frames though.

It's heavily dependent on the stage. Ferris benefits mobile and gadget characters the most. Both Asylums are power character heavens, in contrast, and even better for giant characters.

Btw, yes, there are more than 2 character archetypes. There's Mobile, Gadget, Power, and Giant. Gadgets get the explosive plants on their interactables, and Giants throw grapple-based interactables.

Don't forget that these characters can use many interactables infinitely many times, such a the dumpster in Gotham, the water valves on the sides of the Aquaman stage, any jump-off point should you choose to not blow it up (you should if you can), the Lion Head flame geysers on Themyscira, ect. In many situations it is a fair trade-off.

Of course, power characters also have access to a few re-usable interactables that gadget characters also have, like the batmobile rockets or stacks of barrels.
