Issue: Hitting with certain moves

Hitboxes of db1b (close spark) and b2 (anti-air) do not cover favourable enough space.
My suggestion would be for close spark to occupy all the space in front of Starfire so that close opponents would get hit by it. It would also be nice if it could be +1 on block and +11 on hit so that it can get her offence going.
For b2 the main issue is that it does not extend out ahead and up far enough for how slow it starts up so it will literally be circumvented by jumping normals.

The other thing is that f22 has a grab option but it doesn't work on block. What use is a grab if it doesn't work on block?

Ofc they did, it's common sense.
My suggestions are solid, I'm not trying to push buffs that make no sense.
I'm suggesting fixes to things I think make no sense.
