Is there are difference doing String into Run (Block+Dash+Dash or Dash+Dash+Block)??

Run after string can be done two ways.
Block => Dash => Dash
or
Dash => Dash => Block

Is there any difference?

I noticed that you can actually start input slightly before last move of string ends and you have to end run after strings ends. Or I am not actually sure if you can end it just a bit sooner.

The only difference I can think of would be what effect blocking prior to running may have. I simply just do dash => dash + block instead of 3 inputs. I imagine that there may be some situations (very small punish opportunities after a string?) that simply continuing to hold block and then dash/dashing would be more beneficial, but I guess that kinda goes without saying.
