Is something going on with PDP?

Did the company drop off the face of the earth or something? I've been emailing them and calling them for the past week or so trying to cancel my MKX pad order and no one responds to emails or answers the phone...
Anyone got them on Twitter or anything?

I had my pad for 3 hours before R2 got stuck. Which is a shame because I liked the way it felt.

I wound up buying one from Gamestop rather than waiting. Didn't like the feel. Too light and feels kinda cheap overall. Gonna return it. I'm more concerned with the fact that PDP still has me charged for the one I ordered, but I have no means of contacting them to inquire about it... I don't understand. This is a relatively reputable company. How is their customer service THIS terrible?
