Intros and outros in tournament.

As a spectator I wanna give my two cents on the handling of outros in tournament in an attempt to make this game a more watchable experience. I get players are filled with adrenaline and want to get into the next match ASAP but it is kind of awkward to have a player pause the game and rematch before the last hits are even dealt. It robs the match of momentum and an appealing climax. My suggestion is to disable the pause menu once Finish Him/Her comes up.

While I'm at it I'd like to see my own intro. A player should be able to cancel out their own intro, not both of them.
