At least +13 I can run and jail Tremors stand 2 which has a 10 frame startup from a max range intractable.

Can jail his D4

needs to be tested for all chars, but i know that the chars i use, can jail into pressure after this sttuff = ]

This is scarry or might be. It's another option that was not designed by BOON intentionally. Now all we need is combination of Mcfly, TonyT, J360 and DoctrainDark to get some characters even more broken lol
