i use pad to do it, but it seems easier on stick. the way i do it is i buffer from a sweap or jab. doing it from a sweap seems to be the easiest imo. basically what u do is sweap and right before the sweap frames r almost gone hit U F F or U B B and ur char will jump.so right after u hit up and before ur char gets in the air u should already be inputting the f f or b b hp/hp+lp . it took me a few days to get it down. kinda hard to explain.doing it in mk2 is way easier than mk3 so u shouldnt have prob getting it out due to the speed of the game. raiden is my fav to do it with on mk2. instant air torpedo ftw
