Black Adam seems like he has the following advantages:
Air based- has Air throw and full screen divekick
Zoner- Strong lightning bolts from screen
High damage- He seemed to have pretty long combos. A bit like rain. rain had a lot of ways to make a combo going. Lightning, bubble, kick...

I'd guess hes weak to rushdown though.
