Injustice EVO Stats

So I decided to keep stats on all the match ups and post them here, figured it would give us some more insight on the tiers to this game as well as some match up info that could be helpful since this game is still in its early stages and this is its first EVO. At some points I was either driving to work or too busy working while streaming it on my phone to record some matches so I know I missed a few. Also my stats only show the result of the winning match, not the rounds before hand except for the top 8 player matches, so if someone started with Sinestro and ended with Batman I only have Batman recorded. I hope this is in someway helpful to you and if this information can be found somewhere else making this post pointless idrc because doing this made watching everything more fun for me. Sorry if your character isn't here or only has one match listed but these are who I saw and some characters just never showed, like lobo for obvious reasons. I probably made a mistake here and there but I know this is at least 90% accurate and the data here can be interpreted in so many ways so I didn't rank any characters here just showed how they did, if you think you can come up with a decent way to rank the characters according to the data feel free to give it a shot below, and please everyone discuss the data and how you feel about where the characters stand based on it. Ya at least from what I saw, maybe if I had stats from all the games that went on and not just the main station that was being streamed it might be different but the best players seem to prefer him the most, KDZ did when the last game with him, I really with doomsday got it tho in the last match, since doomsday killed superman in the comics the reference would have been so awesome, over all the top 8 I felt was a blow out tho, almost all the games only went to the second match, MK9's final game was so much better, I've never seen cyrax played like that, but I still loved watching every minute of the injustice tournament, so much hype, and I just lost it when DJT chose doomsday, but even tho his numbers aren't nearly as good I was a lot more impressed with what I saw out of Black Adam this tournament more so than any other character, it's too bad they debuffed him last update otherwise I think he woulda been top character this EVO

Like I said this is what I saw I missed maybe 2-3 hours total, and I felt like I did see him a few more times than I got to write down, but he wasn't selected as much as I expected and, what I did see from people who chose him didn't impress me, I'm sure he had his time in the sun off the main stage especially since Godspeed had him as his second choice in the finals, but I never really saw him and I'm pretty sure his percentages would stay relatively the same if I saw all the matches he was in, he only had one appearance in the top 8 matches and if he was the top tier character we assume him to be I think he would of been there more, or at least in more of the matches in the quarter finals and on but I watched all of those and I know that for a fact, but that's just my opinion and if you find some match info that contradicts with or can add to mine feel free to add it but I wrote what I saw and I watched pretty much all of it, nothing more nothing less, statistics is based on many samples of a large pool of data, I watched for hours and I feel my data is pretty accurate, sorry if you don't feel so and if you can find something that contradicts with or adds to my data I would be more than happy to have it, but again sorry if you don't feel it's accurate enough, work got in the way, and I was only able to watch the stage they were streaming on twitch

It's all good as I said in my thread I know I missed a handful of matches because of work and whatnot, but I prefer the data to be out there I did what I did in the name of helping the community and myself, and complete statistics on all the matches is a lot more useful, also as I said at the top idrc if full data or the same data I posted exist elsewhere, I enjoyed keeping the records I did, it kept me more engaged and hopefully I can get all the matches down like you did next tournament. I would be more than happy though in like an hour or two when I have the time to add the data I missed into my tables so we can have full statistics on all the matches, win, loss, and usage history, but again don't feel bad I'm glad you have this info, and I appreciate you taking the time to put it together, I know it takes a while

Well, the thing is this. My stuff only represent the matches that were on stream. At the beginning of the stream they said that they try hard to show the hype matches and therefore the stream was a mix of different pools and players that is not representative of anything. That's why I didn't do any stats of my data because it wouldn't be worthwhile and even worse it might give you a wrong impression.

I would really love to see the bracket data enriched with character data. You can see the brackets and all the player data here. Sadly it doesn't show the exact match results and obviously doesn't contain character data. But as you said every little bit counts.
