I'm almost positive the Expert AI was buffed in MKKE

I play a lot of ladder, and it seriously seems the AI in expert ladder is far superior. Kitana hit me with a 38 percent kombo. Never seen an AI besides Rain get into the 30%s without meter. They also make better reads, don't fall for the same gimmicks, etc. I use to breeze through expert. Now they are actually putting up a fight.

Thoughts?
