it has too much recovery though, armor won't be good enough, it also needs say 5-6 invincibility frames from start up.

wow that would really suck if sheeva only had 1 armor move, that's the only thing that makes her sort of playable for me is armoring on grab and punch, telestomp, low grab as well lol I burn through meter like an addict goes through crack.

Armor on ex smoke bomb would be so broken but damn do I want it so bad. Full screen armor! Basically once Smoke got 1 bar of meter the other character would be totally crippled to do anything but rush down since all projectiles would be risking getting full combo punished.

Teleport would really be the only option. His Ex teleport really needs to be safe on block because there is absolutely no reason to use meter for that move at all...

I'd give CSZ ex ice beam and Sindel ex Scream.

Armour is best for moves that can lead into a combo of some sort.

Kano doesn't have anything like that, i'd probably make his choke an ex move though.
