I want to ask about MAME

Sorry If I put the thread in the wrong place But I am still new in the forum ..
I just wanted to play in the website ladder but I am facing a problems in the
MAME setup for umk3 everytime I got facing by errors ..
Can any1 help me step by step ??

I'll put this here for now since the problem is getting it working, what kind of errors are you getting?

in the fact When I get download the mame then putting the roms files in roms folder .
I just run the game then facing a problems in loading files ( like some files were missed) .

What version of MAME are you using? Later versions use newer roms.
