Download him through the in game Injustice: Gods Among Us menu for $0 then for safety exit and just go sit in your dashboard for 2 minutes.

the xbox is so fuckin glitchy with the files, sometimes you have to redownload him from the ingame menu after you turn your xbox off. it's happened to me 3 times.
