I cant keep my hidden characters NOW

for six months I have been using the load with arcade first method now out of nowhere they erase everytime I have tried it with a new 360 and new HD even redownloaded the game


I unlock then exit game (in arcade)
Return to main menu exit (return to arcade)
gone everytime after I reboot game anyone have this problem

nothing in that post says about going to the character select screen,
