Strategy How to Turn Skarlet's Weakness into strength

When your opponent is so into something, because he think he has figured a way to escape it, this is how you change the game factor, behold the power of conditioning:

Air Dagger (Far)
Weakness: Even if iaD comes out fast, it does has a tiny hitbox its not good to trade against projectiles because it only does 4% damage.
- You will see opponents trying to zone Skarlet because they they're so sure iaD are so hard and inconsistent to do that will hardly catch the tip of their head.
- You will also see players trying to jump over it because the hitbox is small and you can miss it, if they can jump between it on your rhythm

How to turn into strength: Very good way to bait them to do these behavior intentionally
- Stay in position (Red Dash distance away) where you can armor out of the projectile trade and punish it hard, sometimes you don't even need to throw a projectile, just place where you can armor, and if they assume you'll start zoning, this will be a very good way to punish.
- Anticipate his jump by iaD before he jumps, measure a bit higher than regular, when they jump in, it will be face to face with the dagger, and you'll get a full combo because you're into a red dash distance away.

F4~rd = -10 frames of disadvantage
Weakness: Good to poke out because she is at -10f, Kung Lao's players will always try to spin between this pressure rather than poke out, the ones with 9f strings will try to full combo punish.

How you turn into strengh: if you slide right away you use F4~rd, it cannot be interrupted by any 6f move or 2f armor startup, there is no gap.
- Once your opponent gets aware of this, will try to delay his pokes with the main goal of cacthing you in the next pressure, here you can block the pokes and start the annoyance again.
Gamble: Delay your upslash punish to hit at the moment he tries to poke, just careful because if he respects the entire dash and upslash you'll be in position to get punished, and if the opponent has armor this tech may not pay off.

B11F4~rd~slide blockstring.
Weakness: 2f gap be armored out by any character who can do it so.
Notes: NEVER use this string on characters who has armor unless they're meterless, you can sometimes do it, but more experienced players will be able to punish, with a 6f move like KL's spin.
- Non armor characters will become free to this pressure.

d4~rd
Weakness: This pressure leaves skarlet at -4 the opponent may try to punish it afterwards your next outcome
How to turn into strengh: You'll be able to block anything afterwards if they try to punish the gap, if they poke, you can counter poke and put them in the same dramatical situation, if they try to grab, you can whiff punish, if they try a blockstring, you can armor out and punish.

Note: Opponents with more knowledge will try to fake block strings and use normals that are 0 on block to remain un-punishable, make you burn meter and possibly punish your premature decision, play wisely and with reads here.

Air Dagger (Close) A.K.A Down Daggers
Weakness: Slow damage punishable at when executed very high.
down daggers are good to escape AA attempts, some players will duck everytime you jump to D1 in order to block DD on process or escape it and still punish it.

How to turn into strengh: At the lowest possible level its only -3, a good position to armor any punish attempt, or block any outcome.

Great ways to counter opponents who take advantage of Skarlet being at constant disadvantage. These require good reads but one good read with EX Red Dash gets Skarlet a full combo. I would also like to see someone armor out of B1,1,F4,slide because it's seems to be really hard due to the animation of Skarlet's slide.

If my nephew who is free can do it, i believe someone with experience can, the problem, is that sometimes the punishes travels high and will miss skarlet because she will be ducking during the slide. Also there is a lot of things moving around when this character is "oscar mike" that some players are more concerned about escape than risk another damage.

Pig can do it 9 of 10 times with kenshi armor.
