How to record a party chat on xbox 360?

So, I've watch those @AK Pig Of The Hut videos/tutorials and I was wondering, how does he record the voices of both players? I own a turtle beach x11 headset that comes with a pink connector that it's suppose to go to your computer, but, how exactly can you record the voices of your entire party?
