How to play SFV on PC with your Xbox one controller

Just in case anyone else has been in the same boat as me, this is the first time I've used anything but a keyboard/mouse on my computer for gaming. I just got it working, perhaps I can save someone else from the frustration.

1. Plug in your X1 controller or Elite controller into a USB port. I use the cord that came with the plug-n-play kit.
2. Go here http://wccftech.com/xbox-controller-pc-drivers-download-courtesy-major-nelson/ . Download the second file, the 64 bit one.
3. Go here http://www.x360ce.com/ , download the 64 bit file in the top right corner.
4. Extract the file you downloaded in step 3 to Program files>Steam>SteamApps>Common>StreetfighterV>StreetFighterV(the folder)>Binaries>Win64
5. Once you have extracted, you can double click on x360ce_x64 to bring up the program. If all has gone well, the controller you have plugged in should show up under Input 1. Here you can mess around with your button settings. Click save.
6. Open SF5. Your controller should now be working.

If you have windows 10 you may be able to skip some of this, but this is what worked for me on Windows 8.
