Her back 3 is easily landed if you use it directly after the launcer, for example:
B113, Spin, B3
or
B11, Spin, B3
If I'm not mistaken it has a 30 frame windup so they need to be launched fairly high for it to connect. Just keep practicing it and you'll get use to it in no time.
