Question How to fight teleporting type characters

I just started playing mk9 the komplete edition and i'm like da fawk how do i fight all these teleporting characters my friend used raiden, skorpion, smoke, and noob all of them got up my anus with all the teleports but all i could do was(4got i was using sonya blade and raiden but i just pressed random special move things that went from different characters the only one i did know how to use decently b/c i saw how to with evo 2012 or 13 with that sonya player going ham lolz)but in general i was trying to fight him i did get some wins on him because i was punishing them but can i use a specific character that rapes them? pls i really need to know

Just block

At the level your playing at, blocking beats everything. Just wait for him to do something stupid and then use that opening to attack. This is particularly true with teleports

What moves should i use with sonya blade to punish b/c all i can do is light punch light punch

If you don't know a good kombo to punish them with (when they're spinning in that ball from a blocked teleport), nothing beats a good uppercut +

19 frames of recovery after tele means you can just do your BNB.

skorpion, smoke, and noob

You can either crouch to make them whiff or block.
Scorp's EX Tele you need to poke before the second hit.
Smoke's EX Tele you need to block the third hit.
