How To Do Injustice Holiday Challenges

In The Injustice Stats it says 11ooo Holiday Challenges Completed. How do we do this there haven't been any holidays since release?

Just an assumption but I would think to just changing your dates on your system to reflect an upcoming holiday. I did that for Arkham City achievement a whiles back and worked. Of course this could be a different circumstance hope that helps.
