It could be 7-3 in Reptile's advantage.

I can't say anything about the other numbers, as I don't play Reppy.

I would say he goes even with Quan. He also doesn't lose badly to Mileena now. That MU was a living hell when it was prepatched + Mileena was top 5. I'd say he also goes even with Smoke, and loses to Kabal 4-6. You could also say Kang-Rep is an even MU, but 4-6 is reasonable.

I agree with this apart from Kenshi. I don't see how he outright wins. I could swallow 5-5 but not an advantage.
