Question How do you punish Green Lantern's b12/b13?

I've started picking up sinestro, and my friend loves to be annoying as possible as green lantern. He constantly uses b12/b13 and I have no idea how to punish, even when blocking I can't do much before he goes into it again. (He's sort of a jump3 down3 kind of annoying player).

idk the best for sinestro but as a GL main ill help u out. b12 is interuptable after the b1 so d1 punish. if u manage to block b13 and he goes into trait d1 punish also, as anything after a blocked b13 trait is punishable. you can also probably punish with trait but idk i dont play sinestro
