how do i update living guide kindle?

just got the kindle pc version and i was wondering how you update it?

Unfortunately, the only way to get the update is to e-mail amazon ([email protected]) and let them know that a new revision to Tom Brady's MK9 Living Guide is out, and that you would like it delivered to your kindle devices.

It is a pain in the ass, but Amazon support told me they are working on a solution for auto-updating your e-books.
