Question How do I get past (Air) Oa's rocket? (AOR)

I'm having a really hard time with GLs using the AOR then when they land doing a land an OR because the air one has so little recovery... If I dash too late I'm getting scooped because the range is ridiculous. I main BA, Ares Grundy and Shazam and granted with BA its easy, Grundy FTS that match-up is ass but it is the Shazam and Ares that are struggling and I don't want to resort to just pure counter picking with BA

Ares: can't you just teleport when you see Lantern jump for the AOR and just punish him on the way down? Failing that, MB hulk smash for the armour?

You can teleport but can't punish... Its very height specific
