Sorry: Can't see the video (at work). If you're talking about the move where Lobo grabs your leg and flips you over with one arm, its a two part attack. b+2, u+1 is the notation. Its slow, but it's awesome. It's an overhead, then a low, allows insane follow up options, does solid damage by itself, can be put in the beginning and middle of combos and, if/when they start blocking it, you can got right into Czar Toss and grab them.
