How do I change my signature?

Ive looked at everything on my profile page and cant seem to find anything relating to changing my signature. I dont even think I have one. HAAAAALP

To attempt to clean the forums we disabled signatures temporarily. Everyone is free to edit their custom user title and avatar, but we're removing signatures. We just started this yesterday [April 26th, 2013] so just bear with us.
