How do I beat Milleena's down pokes?

I'm a Johnny Cage player, and when I finally close the distance when fighting milleena they just abuse her down 3 or down 4. I can't do anything. Crossups don't work, and I think the shadow kick wiffs as well. How do you beat her?

Dash d1/d3. There's no reason to jump, any decent player will AA you.

Yeah that didn't really help me any. It just seemed like a bunch of bitching instead of a concrete answer.
