instead of f1124, do j22 into 50/50

No need to cancel the 2 into trait, it's ostensibly +22 on its own. 2~4 actually gives you less advantage.

I personally just use j2, then go into my 50/50. I don't miss the 1% damage and it gives a lot more advantage

j22 is the reset but you can use f113 in the corner for +20 which is alittle less advantage but still sets up a 50/50

of course thats another good option to use but i think he was asking specifically about the standing reset. I charge trait whenever i can. Ending combos with 22 dagger toss or 13 gives me almost a full bar of charge and the next MB parry of freeze i activate trait
