I use standing 1, I have the most success with over standing 2 but flip is usually more reliable than both of them in my experience. 1 especially good for anti-crossovers.
This 331 hard kockdown ender is really good.

331 is an ender I've started using as well, midscreen too.
Starter~Ex Flip, run, 212/21u4, run, 331. Think it does 27%. Safe 50/50 into good oki +9 hdk.

Still works consistently for me. I've been buffering run the whole time. You gotta do it.
So, I tried for about half an hour with a succes rate of 1/10 in the best case, and the only conclusion I came across is this: there are two ways to buffer the run, the first is to do "f,f,block" before the flip end, and the second to buffer "f,f" and press block exactly when the flips animation ends. The latter is the only one that could connect 2,1,2 after b1,2 while the former has proven impossible to do it, at least to me...
Can you please upload a video doing it 3 or 4 times with the input records so I can se the exact moment when you push the buttons??
If there's some hidden underlying mechanic to do it and we can break it down, or just a way to standarize inputs, that would be a great help to everyone having the same problem.

Yeah the trick is is to press F,F+BLK as her first foot touches the ground.

I usually do the similar combos:
F3 flip, F2, 121, 21U4, 21U4, 123 flip, B1 flip
F3 ex flip, run 4, 121, 21U4, 21U4, 123 flip, B1 flip. I think they do the same damage, without the very hard part run 123 flip at the end of combos

lol, I was wondering if cassie could get above 30% meterless mid screen.
I guess not, that first combo is pretty much my bnb.

Midscreen off of moves like B12, F3, D+F1, I can never manage to connect 212 before B1 nut punch, off of a meterless flip. EX flip seems to have less gravity, I have no problem with that. Are you guys really getting a rep of 212 in after a meterless flip?

It's spacing dependant, if you're doing a like a near max range F3~Flip then you probably won't manage to run up and connect 212 but if you're closer then you will. I'm hitting 212 after meterless flip but honestly I don't use meterless flip very often. I don't opt for a 50/50 typically unless I have meter to make it safe or if I'm planning to just do F34. After EX flip 212 should be mandatory for evey Cassie player, no excuse to not hit that one. Meterlessly though it's understanding if you want to drop a few % for consistency.
 
I feel the only way you can consistantly land 212 midscreen is after her B212,1+4 xx Flip kick. It's pretty difficult to land 212 after any other starter due to spacing/ gravity.
