Hero cards and daily challenge not loading

Is this happening to anyone else? Haven't seen any discussion on this anywhere. In multiplayer I can't see anyone's hero card, left only with the message "failed to download hero card. Some information may not be available at this time." Just started two days ago.

Hopefully this means they're preparing the hero cards for DLC related content...its a stretch, but a man can hope right? I hope this gets fixed soon. I really like the Hero Card feature online.

It's been happening to me for a while now. I'm on XBL. Does this happen on PSN as well?

Same here I have to "B" cancel just to get to the multiplayer portion of the game

Yea it happen son PSN also if you chose to view your own Hero Card in a KOTH lobby it may not load and if it foes not all of the information will be present.

Hero Card and Daily challenge down for me on XBL. Works for me on PSN.

Lately finding games on XBL Rank has been a lot slower than PSN.

It's happened to me since I got my xbox copy. Never happened on psn for me. So I don't think it has to do with connections.

Daily challenge and hero cards started working for me again when I got on this afternoon. Assuming its fixed for everyone, and hours after my thread...lovely timing.
