Help with EN bomb after JIP 2,1

Hey guys, I've started to pick up cyrax and I'm really having trouble making the EN Bomb come out in a JIP 2,1 EN Bomb scenario. Suggestions? Thanks!

do you use an arcade stick or a ps3/xbox360 controller? if you use the controller, try used to d-pad or that thing thats on the top left four directions thing on the ps3 doing this makes it easer to do a bb or ff or whatever thats what i experienced at least before i got an arcade stick

Your sig should be "I fear blah blah" instead of "A fear blah blah". Totally irrelevant in this thread but I just had to correct this
