Help REO and me with graphics!

As most of you already know, REO and I have been working on the pictorial tier list, trying to create the most accurate character ranking chart for the community. Weedoshi has helped out a lot, but a mentally unstable moderator woman has banned me from MKU and REO's laptop is from the 1950s, which makes contacting WIIDOSHI very difficult.

Is there anybody on TYM who can help us out? We need somebody who has some time to spare and who is capable of working with Photoshop. We do not need to make many changes to the existing pictorial tier list.
