My two options are Thunder and Orchid. I read they're bottom tier, but I play Chun Li in SF4 and Harley in Injustice so I'm used to the struggle.

I'd like to have a reliable anti-air and strong footsies, so can you guys list their pros and cons, please?

Also, match up numbers would be appreciated. Not to change my mind about maiming them, but to prepare my body.

Go Orchid. Cr.HP solid AA. Possibly best footsies in game. Got some good shenanigans and good damage output. Check out I vid I made a while ago. Might convince you. Also she isn't bottom tier people just want the easy wins.

Ask Rico if Thunder is bottom tier... Orchid sadly I think not allot of people play her, perhaps not enough to get high level with her. Sense you play Chun-Lee you may like Sadira (just my suggestion).
