Hey all!
I decided to join this forum because the shoryuken forum couldn't satisfy my need for mk9 info haha
I'm pretty well versed in fighting games since I've been playing them (and shmups) almost exclusively since the mid 90's, and I remember how much fun i had with mk1-mk4 (especially at the arcades).
Although im really good with street fighter/KOF/GG/vs. series games, i've kinda gotten bored of them and as soon as i heard mk9 was coming out i was completely stoked.
I join these types of forums for games i'm interested in because i dont have as much time for gameplay as i used to. Fortunately i'm able to translate material learned into my gameplay fairly easily, so essentially I can stay relevant in a game without dedicating as much time into it (as well as learn the game fast and reap the rewards of that).
Keep up the good work everyone! I'll be here haunting the Reptile and Ermac forums from time to time
