Have you ever heard someone say the wrong thing when referring to Mortal Kombat?

For example, I had a friend tell me to do a "Vitality" on Cyrax, when he was trying to say "Fatality". ol:

And most of the people I know call Sub-Zero "Mr. Freeze".
Anyone else experience something like this?

lol, I use to try to mess people up who were big fans of a game by mispronouncing names of things in the game. They would usually get angry for a sec.

I also would pronounce the names of moves right, but very slowly and clearly. That seemed to upset people too. I mostly did it in XvSF and Virtual On cause thats what my college arcade had.

lol, I use to try to mess people up who were big fans of a game by mispronouncing names of things in the game. They would usually get angry for a sec.

I also remember a comedian on tv doing a joke and the punch line was mk related, it was pretty funny and he looked like he knew his mk up until he referred to a character as "scorpio".... I had to change the channel at that point
