Breakthrough - Hat Trick Hat Trick Stealth Buff + possible bug

Hat call back, both mid and low are not -7 like it says in the frame data. And low hat call back doesn't allow for reversals. See video.

Upon further testing, Hat call back both mid and low are actually 0 on block. And reversals are actually possible but is very weird. The reversal input window is very tight, you have to input your reversal as the hat hits and you have to be blocking low a certain number of frames before the hat hits. If you block the low hat call back late, the reversal does not come out. Which is why the AI doesn't do it. It will however do it from an already crouching position.

Feel free to close this thread if it's already known or tag Paulo if it's indeed a bug.

Its not a stealth buff. Pre patch both hat callbacks granted you enough advantage on block to get a guaranteed blockstring. Now the high one actually got stealth nerfed frame data wise, because it isnt advantage anymore. Its even a little negative I believe.

It is weird that low hat callback when blocked in an already crouch position wont get you a free string.
