Has anyone noticed the timer is slower than real life seconds?

Not much of a big deal of course, just noticed myself.
So a regular 90 sec round in the game is actually 150 real sec. It makes the game look even more fast paced than it already is.

Again, nothing big

I never really thought about it till now honestly. I'm thinking the timer is slowed down to make it feel faster than it actually is, and thus generate hype. Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is probably one of the worst offenders for slowing down the timer though.

Timer needs to be more of a factor IMO, one of my least favorite trends in modern FGs

Wow I don't know that. I was wondering how so much happens in 30 seconds of a game but in real life 30 seconds is like nothing.
