Question - Kung Lao Has anyone ever had this happen to them while playing againest Kitana

So I was doing a tower the other day and playing on normal to practice combos and punishes. One of my oppents ends up being Kitana and due to the normal difficulty the cpu player does strange things. Well I full screend ex teleported and delyed it. Then the cpu use fan lift and it pulls me right out of my teleport. I was puzzled. I went into practice mode and recreated what I had seen with both ex and regular teleport and got the same result. Is this a possible bug or is her move ment to do that? If someone has alread posted about this please redirect me to that thread. If not please give me some feedback thanks!

i dont know about other teleports but w takedas i still get hit/caught - fan lifts, ground pounds, or ground unblockables ( Jax, ermac. goro, tremor,etc) all seem to connect on regular teleport - sometime trades- but it def hits

It's probably the way it was meant to be. Mileena's fades can still fall victim to earth shaking moves or throws.

I mean even on exdelay it they use fan lift it will imediantly pull you.

Apparently it is intentional. Some other poster noted something similar happening with Spec Op Cassies missile call.

Don't you think thats a little unfair? I mean obviously you aren't going to teliport the whole time you try to mix it up a little bit, but thats a full combo punish if your opponent catches you with fan lift.
