Question - Tempest Has anyone else seen this?

I don't know if there is a thread for this but I found out something weird with Tempest Kung Lao earlier.

Apparently if you hat spin and forward 4 and you jump over them the hat will randomly appear on top of them and hit them

Yeah, it's kind of silly. Meter bug and now this. I wonder what'll happen next patch.

Wasn't gonna mention this, it's the 2 hat set up, no need to jump, the next touch after a f4 hits will bring a phantom hat, so it breaks armour too.

Not essential to his game plan by any means, but an interesting trick regardless
