Its weird but I consider Hawkgirl to be even with Supes in terms of crazy AI.

I avoid playing the CPU on Very Hard because it becomes almost 100% reactionary and counters your every move, making you resort to niche tactics you would never have to use to beat a human player. But from a total challenge perspective, I'd say it's a pretty damn close tie between Lex and Aquaman being the most difficult characters on Very Hard.

Killer Frost on very hard pisses me off to no end.
Green Arrow on very hard makes me cry.

Deathstroke ain't as bad weirdly enough.

Its a toss-up between Lex, Supes, and Batman. On Very Hard difficulty Batman will parry things on reaction. Often.

Lex, Hawkgirl, Superman, Flash, and GL imo. Since they are better than 99% of the players online I actually used vhard cpu to learn those match ups lol. Injustice on vhard reminds me of MK2 cpu where you lose if you tried to fight them like a person so you had to use this pattern where you duck and then jump back to make them jump to uppercut/use a special move on them. Except in Injustice there is no pattern, you just have to find the places where you can poke or b3(mb) out of attacks.
