General/Other Hall of Justice Game-breaking Flash Glitch

I didn't get to record the first part of the glitch when it happened on the first part of the stage. I'm unsure if this is a Flash specific glitch or not but it happened when he activated trait after activating the roaming robot on the first part of the stage.

Flash continued to be in this animation even after being supered, sent through a transition and even after both health bars were depleted for a short time of about thirty seconds before the win screen shows up. Flash is unable to attack or defend or even move while this is happening. Also if this is in the wrong section could a mod move it please and thank you.

No I haven't been able to. I didn't get the chance to ask the Flash player what he did exactly.
