Hello all. Ive notice this site been up for a long time but ive never seen it untill yesterday.
maybe it had a different look before and i simply dont remember passing by here.
I would like to meet friends to play MKX / MKXL with time to time or more often if you
are a serious player.

I am somewhat new as in just started to really get into the game. eventho i had it day one hehe.
I've never took the time to stick to 1 character and master it mainly because my main was
Cyrax. so i guess ill have to wait a little longer =P

Anyways, right now the only character i main is Jason. but i am not pro and constantly beeing
matched against pros online isnt my thing.

So this is why i created a account here in order to find people at the same level as me who
would like to practice on spare time.

We could say i am new but i know where the block button is hahahaha
To better explain what kind of player i am, i could start with a 2 hit combo
and finish with a 17 hits over night. (Not a button smasher)

I am so used to MK9 that MKX seemed so different that i have yet to master
a single character.

If anyone is on the same boat, and owns the game on Xbox One, Lets meet and play together =)
lemme know if you are advance and ready to teach me some moderate / advance stuff
or simply have fun making new friends to play with .

Welcome to TYM. I'd also be happy to run some sets with you. I only play on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays though, because of school and work. GT: johnnyOWNAGE

well am not that good, i just want to spend time untill my cyrax comes out lol i havent even looked at the gameplay video of triborg
trying sooooooo hard to resist LOLL

but i know it will be a good feeling trying everything out without seeing any spoilers =)

ill add all of you even if your all going to own me, atelease i try to learn and i dont give up

If you live in Montreal talk to @zaf and @Jer -- they might be able to help you get better at the game.

Playing people of your own level can be helpful, but it's also good to have players who are more advanced than you look at your gameplay, and give you advice for what you need to work on.

I won't spoil anything, but you're in for a treat with cyrax. He's going to have some insane dirt that's for sure. I will definitely be picking up cyber smoke though. On release date we'll duke it out with those two

added. thx. i used to play Ultimate mk and MK9 with cyrax. i knew alot of combos and how to play with him

then once mkX came out, ive realised the playstyle and combo fluidity is a whole new ball game LOL
really have to maintain 1 character and master him. compared to mk9 where things were a little more simpler.

thx to all of you who are so friendly to add me, never had that many friends in XBOX since day 1 release and now in 24 hours
i got like 30 friends since i created a account here LOLLL


i played a couple games with some of you, and i got somewhat owned. and i dont know whats going on.
when my friends come over and play, i get to block at the right time, dash at the right time and combos STICK.
now last time it didnt.. exemple kitana after the simple 3 punch i couldnt even trow a fan even if i did the right motion.
idk if its the lag but its hella strange. i havent tried the beta thing so i really hope this will fix many things

may i ask you guys what you have for options in the controller options? :

Release Check [ON / OFF]
Alternate Control [ON / OFF]
Input Shortcuts [ON / OFF]

play with release check off and alternate control off. input shortcuts is preference

release check mightve been messing up with your fan input

also if you want to play with no lag we have a tournament in mtl tomorrow :)
