The first corner combo won't work on low hitbox characters and the second I'm not sure. Sometimes the F3 and sometimes it doesn't so I don't know it'll work.

Yeah wouldn't be surprised if that was the case, some of the corner ones felt quite impractical while I found them. And yeah the F3 is one tight link, it could be random but that would be... well, random.
Anyway the notations are in the description of the video if you want them
