Well the collectors edition comes with Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman new52 alts, so I guess those 3 and some others like GL will be the first official DLC pack, like how the classic costumes were in MK9.

Well, I wouldn't mind. From what I've seen, the only New 52 looks I dislike are Raven and Power Girl.

Its a skin you unlock through playing the Iphone Injustice game. Game also lets you get Knightfall Bane, Batman Beyond, and Arkham Harley.
